Here's the recipe
Blowing Materials -

Flour - 1 cup

Suji-4 cups

Talmakhna-1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon (Quantity)

Water - 2 cups (quantity)

Method for frying oil-

Mix all the ingredients together except oil and make a little hard lump and cover it for 15/20 minutes, then cut it into small rounds like bread, the bread will not be thin. How to make fuska water-

Water - 5 cups

Raw chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Chili Powder - 1 tbsp (in quantity)

Salt - Quantitatively

Beet salt - 1 tablespoon

Chaat masala - 1 tablespoon

How to make pur-

Double / boot boiled

Boiled potato paste - 1 cup

Muri spices - 1 teaspoon

Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Beet salt - 1 teaspoon

Salt- Quantitatively

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together to make water Now add 3-4 cups of water to it Butter all the spices together to make pur. Make a hole in the middle of the dried puff with light finger pressure, fill it and keep eating it with tamarind water.
