Hello community, nice to greet you!

I want to share with you a moment of healthy exercises with friends, and my girlfriend Lusiel, since in this pandemic situation apart from that it de-stresses us by doing these activities it helps us not to think about what we are going through with this quarantine. but it fills us with motivation and our thoughts to other things, of course considering that you have to take care of yourself, but something important for everyone to have a healthy life by exercising💪🏻🍃

We went for a walk and then we stopped at this sports center where several people were doing various activities, such as playing soccer, the children with skates, and others simply taking a little sun or a pleasant conversation, getting out of the routine.
