What a month May 2023 was for the Steem For Ladies Community!
It was a challenge to host the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9 but we thoroughly enjoyed doing so, and it was a learning curve for all of us. As for the community, we have seen tremendous growth, and for that, we can only thank the Steemit team for giving us the opportunity to be one of the seven hosts.

Representatives are not only community moderators but also have a bigger mandate and responsibility. Currently, the team represents four different countries, but we hope to expand our team to other countries.
It is going well with your moderator training program, and our first moderator participating in this program, @pandora2010, was selected as curator for June 2023.

We are grateful for those who support us in the form of Steem Power.
It is our aim to increase these delegations so that we can support quality posts better. We will appreciate it if there are any of the ladies who would be willing to delegate Steem Power to this community.
Currently the Steem For Ladies community already has 2814.086 SP, meaning The current amount of Effective Power is 5,396.44 SP.
Booming Vote
Steem For Ladies is now part of the booming vote program, and a weekly report is submitted packed with various information.
62 posts were submitted for the month of May 2023, of which all 62 were accepted and received booming votes.
Through this program, we encourage the ladies not only to write quality posts but also to take part in the contests and to support each other.
Programs and Contests
@steemladies is running a monthly power up contest under the hashtag #weloverpowerups
@steemladies is also hosting a posting Program;
The moderators are also running contests on a weekly basis. The aim is to have at least 2 – 3 contests running each week.
