Hello Steem For Ladies...
It is hard to believe that we are already in the second half of 2023!
As for the Steem For Ladies Community, it has been nearly eight months since the start of the community.
It is our pleasure to share the month of July and the happenings of our community with you.
Growth of subscribers and active posts
From the results of the data above, it is clear that despite the fact that the community was not chosen for SEC10, we still manage to show consistent growth.
New subscribers: 78
The community managed to keep the active posts above 80.
For this, we can only thank those who regularly submit posts.

Representatives are not only community moderators but also have a bigger mandate and responsibility. Currently, the team represents five different countries.

We are grateful for those who support us in the form of STEEM Power.
It is our aim to increase these delegations so that we can support quality posts better. We will appreciate it if there are any of our fellow Steemians who would be willing to delegate STEEM Power to this community.
Currently the Steem For Ladies community already has 3,704.55 SP, meaning delegations contribute to 12,916.01 of the effective 16,620.57 SP.
Booming Vote
Weekly the community post a report regarding the booming publication that received votes. For the month we could support 2 posts every day.
It was great news that as from August we were chosen for a second round of the booming program now supporting a total of 5 posts daily.

Programs and Contests
@steemladies started a new weekly contest under the hashtag #slfood
@steemladies is also hosting a posting Program;
The moderators are also running contests on a weekly basis. The aim is to have at least 2 – 3 contests running each week.
