Now, let us look deeper into crypto money and classical money in the hope that they will have an idea of how to coexist or how different they can be in the future.

Traditional Finance (TradFi)

TradFi is also known as traditional finance, and it encompasses the financial system that is widely prevalent, which people decide to use in their day-to-day operations. This classification includes all the banking institutions, insurance companies, fervent investment houses and those institutions which have a tendency of focusing in the middle. Centralization: It is the case with centralised finance since; transactions happen in the governed exchanges and thus, the regulators can monitor business operations.
