Today I am going to discuss an important topic of stock market Technical Analysis. I think this will be help full for newbies. I will try to present the matter in very simple language. Technical analysis is a must for trading. By reading the post you can easily gain general knowledge about what is technical analysis and how to do technical analysis.

You all must be aware that trades are generally of 2 types 1, Short trade and 2, Long trade. In the case of short trade, the importance of analyzing the market is immense. And it is important to understand the trend in the short market.
I am telling you to convince. Consider a car going from Kushtia to Dhaka. If you get into this car in the middle of the road, you will definitely reach Dhaka.
If you understand that the market will go up. If you take entry in the market right then you will surely profit. Therefore, it is important to understand the trend in the short market.

Similarly if you take your entry in down trend then you will definitely lose. So it is very important to be aware of the market trend. There are generally 3 types of trends in the stroke market.
Up Trend: Up Trend means that the graph in the market tends to move upwards. The market price continues to increase.
Down Trend : Down Trend Down Trend means that the market price tends to move downwards. The graph of the market shows that the price is slowly going lower.
Sideways Trend :Sideways Trend means that the market does not move upwards. Do not go down again. Creates a market.

I would now like to introduce you to some new words. For example, each high in an uptrend graph is called a hair high. High and Low are called Higher Low I will show you the matter through a graph.

Similarly lower low and lower high are great when down train starts now. Hope you get the point, no need to show it through graphs.
Determining these three trends is very important in trading. It is important to understand whether the market is up trending or down trending or creating sideways market.
