Is Bull Season Ended? Dump Reason

I am starting today's blog by wishing everyone Eid Mubarak. I hope everyone is well and healthy. The crypto market suddenly dumped. Due to this dump, many panic sales occurred in the market. Due to this, those who are small investors, could not decide what their next step will be. These investors are suffering from indecision. In today's blog, I will discuss the whole issue. Bitcoin price suddenly started dumping last 2 days ago. Due to this dump in Bitcoin, altcoins saw massive panic sales. The panic attack that occurs among investors all the time. And this panic sale stopped this morning. Markets tend to dump like this, for various reasons. On top of bad news, or as a result of candlestick patterns.

However, everyone thinks that because of the violence of the war between Iran and Israel, the crypto market and the financial level have collapsed. However, its impact is much more noticeable in the crypto sector. Bitcoin has dumped around 10% and the rest of the altcoins around 20%-25%.

In my opinion, this issue of war alone cannot cause a crypto dump. I assume that this dump can occur for two reasons.

1. War between Iran and Israel
2. Upcoming Bitcoin Halving

War between Iran and Israel:

We have seen before, a market dump due to war. The war between Russia and Ukraine has affected the crypto market many times. But, the issue of war can never be a permanent cause. Because, aside from the war in Russia and Ukraine, Bitcoin reached its all-time high in this situation. So it can be said that war can never cause a market dump. However, it is true that this news of war has caused panic sales in the market.

Upcoming Bitcoin Halving:-

This can be a valid reason for the market down. Because, if we look at the past history, it can be seen that before the halving, the market dumped up to 30% - 40%. Bitcoin halving will happen shortly. So it can be said that this dump before halving must have been the same as before.

Conclusion:- Those who are losing in futures trading can avoid liquidation through DCA and those who are losing in spot trading can bring down the average buying price by DCA. This is the opportunity to take an entry from deep.
