Hello friends. Assalamualaikum . How are you all? Hope everyone is doing well. Today I will discuss a important topic. Let's talk about how teamwork is so important and how it can completely change an environment.
Ten sticks together in one place will form a load. And just as it looks huge, it also weighs a lot. Likewise, what you do individually will be many times more effective than if you do it collectively.
There are many communities on this platform and those communities are managed by many admin moderators. Think how difficult it would be for a community to be managed by just one admin. It is never possible to control a community alone. Every person is an expert in a different task and it is more effective to work on that subject considering his/her expertise. It gives more output.
You know there is a community called Abuse Watcher. There are many detectives working to keep this platform clean. If it was the responsibility of only one person, he would never have completed the task. Of course more than one person is needed and everyone needs cooperation. Only those who are engaged in this task will not be able to complete this task with 100% accuracy. This again requires the support of each individual community and a concerted effort against abuse. Only then can the abuse be cleared.
When the head of government of a country wants to change the overall structure of the country, he will never be able to complete this task by himself. Of course, the people of that country must work with the head of the government. Without it, no major innovative project can ever be implemented.
We need everyone to work together on this Steemit platform. If any initiative is taken from the Steemit platform, everyone has to work together with that initiative. Then ultimately we will all benefit. Keep in mind, progress on this platform means progress on our own. So we all need to sacrifice our labor and time.
This platform is like a building. Just like when a building is built by many engineers working together to build a structure, we all should try to support any good initiative of this platform and act accordingly.
