By doing so new recruits will be benefited and will be interested in working on STEEMIT.

What are some effective ways to organize steemit mentorship?

Our savings have a system called club status so no new members get support. And it takes at least a month for them to have their first power. Until then they can't be patient and after two or three months of hard work if they get support they leave steemit. Therefore members of at least three three-month tenures should be exempted from the club status rule. Also curators should encourage new members to see their posts and give them upvotes so that they can progress and work on Steemit with interest.

In today's environment, college students have smart phones in their hands and they waste their time on many social networks apart from their college hours. The role of students is definitely behind the success of any social networking network. 50% of college students are social network users such as facebook, instagram, twitter, reddit etc. Those students can be given useful posts about steemit if they join here.

But they need mentorship, because they don't have complete knowledge about steemit, they cant continue steemit easily, they should be told about its benefits, if they know the benefits and its future, they can definitely join steemit.
