Delegation Support Program For New Comers

In this post I will announce the delegation program for new comers that I will run on Steemit. As we know that the flow of new user arrivals continues on the platform. They are beginners who must get attention from all parties.

New users in Steemit must get attention, to lead them to grow. They really need initial support, because that will be the biggest motivation for the appreciation we give them. As the flow continues to flow into the Steem blockchain, blocks are continuously active and in production over time.

Due to the fact, some people may have left, some of them just came. Blocks will continue to be created upon their arrival to Steem. Forget those who have left and motivate those who are already present on the Platform.

Newcomers who are new to surfing Steemit need more encouragement and appreciation. Besides themselves they also have to motivate themselves to create their interest and passion on the platform. Then we need to push them from behind to grow faster and excited to take their roles on the platform.

When someone is appreciated, they will take advantage of the opportunity, so that every one of them will be motivated and aware of the appreciation we give. Surfing in the early stages is the biggest challenge for newcomers to survive. Especially when they get support, it will be an extraordinary passion.

The newcomers, which I might call them plankton, need bait to grow. Therefore, I took the initiative to run a delegation program for new comers. This delegation program will be given to all new comers from any country.

So, everyone and country representatives can provide recommendations to new comers about the program that I am running. They can also recommend a list of users to receive delegated support for. I am very open to anyone and invite all parties to collaborate collaboratively and make a significant impact on the Steem ecosystem that we love.

Purpose and Goals

As we know, many newcomers get access for free to the platform with their initial SP support being 15 SP. It may just help them to run account operations with less time. Posts, comments and upvotes will require more resources to be able to do that.

Because it will have an impact on their Resource Credit (RC). I pay attention to newbies to be able to increase their Engagement on the platform and be adventurous with more activity without worrying about their RC. I currently have 16,440 SP with the number of delegates for community support being 10,929 SP.

How it Works and Requirements

So, I still have remaining effective resource which is 5,510 SP for now. To run this program I will allocate 2,000 SP which will be delegated to newbies. How will this work and what are the conditions for getting it?

1. Every month or for 4 weeks I will delegate SP to 20 newbies.

2. Every new comer will get 100 delegated SP.

3. Delegation for a duration of 4 weeks.

4. Delegation support will be given to new comers from any country.

5. Recipients of delegation support have at least completed and verified for "Achievemet 2".

6. Support will be given to new comers who have joined in the period December 2022 - February 2023.

7. After this post is published for the next 7 days, I will make a selection on the New Comer community page to distribute delegates to those who meet the criteria.

8. Every eligible new user can request to get delegation support.

9. Country representatives and new comer invitees can recommend new comer usernames in the comments column of this post.
