Attended Reku Exchange Roadshow Event - Will STEEM Listing on Reku Exchange ?

Hello Steem Alliance friends, I hope you are healthy and blessed. I'm so happy to be able to share posts in this awesome community.

In this post I want to write about my activities in participating in the "Bireun Roadshow Recruitment" event. This event was carried out by the Reku community supported by Reku Exchange. This event took place at the Katoomba Coffee Cafe which is on Jalan Bireun - Takengon, Juli District, Bireun Regency.

The event with the theme "Relaxing Coffee, Seriously Studying Crypto and Investing" took place on March 18, 2023 from 14.00 - 17.00 WIB with success. The event with the concept of Roadshow which was packed with meet ups and sharing was attended by more than 80 participants from various districts in Aceh. The speaker at this event was Robby as Reku CCO.

The participants who attended seemed enthusiastic to listen to the speaker's presentation. The communicative and interactive presentation became a fun chat atmosphere that afternoon. The speaker conveyed about the journey of cryptocurrencies in Indonesia until they finally created the Reku exchange.

For your information, Reku is a crypto asset trading platform that is legally registered in Indonesia with Bappebti. In Indonesia, crypto is a legal digital asset to be traded on exchanges. There are a number of laws that regulate this issue, including: Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 99 of 2018 concerning the General Policy for Organizing Crypto Asset Futures Trading, as well as Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (PPSK ) shifted oversight of crypto assets from Bappebti to OJK.

This regulation has legalized hundreds of cryptocurrencies as assets that can be traded as investments in official exchanges. Nonetheless, crypto cannot be used as a means of payment in Indonesia. If the use of crypto as a means of payment, it will violate the law in Indonesia and enter into criminal action.

Meanwhile, in this event there was also a question and answer session to broaden the insights of the participants. This highly interactive event has a number of important points for me to review in this post.

What is Reku?

Reku is a Crypto asset trading platform that has been registered with Bappebti since 2020.

What are the features in Reku?

Reku has a friendly user interface and user experience feature display in the display on the main page there is a list of crypto and prices. There are also top gainers, losers to new listings and friendly graphic displays. Apart from that, there are also Staking and Learning Hub features. Learning Hub is a feature that can provide knowledge and education about crypto to users.

Transaction Fee ?

Maker and taker fees are charged 0.1%. Rupiah deposits can be made through virtual accounts and banks with free transaction fees. Meanwhile, if you deposit Rupiah via E-Wallet, you will be charged a fee of around 1.6%. Rupiah withdrawal fees are only subject to a bank administration fee of IDR 6500.

Has STEEM been Listing with Reku?

Currently STEEM has not been registered with Reku, in a question and answer session that took place with crypto activists and old Steemit.com platform users, Robby (COO Reku) explained that his party would consider steemian input for listing Steem on Reku. If possible they can be added to the waitlist.

These are important reviews that I can share with you on this blog. The hope is that Reku can list Steem on their platform, so that this can make it easier for stemians to use various crypto investment services in Indonesia and trade Steem through the Reku exchange. I am pleased to be able to attend this event and thank all the committee involved.
