Welcome back to my blog. Based on my experience of being in the steemit platform for more than a year, I present some new suggestions to improve the platform.

Support to newcomers regardless of their club status

In many cases I have seen that come newcomers to the steemit platform do not receive any support. All users must be at least club5050 to receive support from the booming, curation teams and curators. But new users coming to the platform will take some time to build their reputation and club status. It will take a week for a newbie to do the first power up after posting the achievement 01 post. So if the other articles published by that newbie do not get any support during that week, to he or she will lose steem to power up in the next week.

My suggestion is, that before payout first article of a new user, it is appropriate to provide the support of the curation teams for the other articles published by he or she in that week. See how many newbies are there who post only achievement 01 article and stop posting due to lack of support for other articles.

Some new users leave the steemit platform as soon as they arrive before a month has passed. It is the responsibility of old users to protect newcomers in the platform by providing necessary support, advice and guidelines to them.

Ignore club5050 to steem transfers for steemit promotion and charity works

When I first joined the steemit platform, I saw many steemit promotion programs and charity programs. But now there are almost no such things. Previously, money was used for many charitable activities through charity accounts established by various communities. But with the arrival of club5050, the use of money for such charity work and promotion programs decreased.

I would like to see that situation again in the steemit platform. Because many people have been helped by the steemit platform. Therefore, if we can do more charity work to help many more people in that way, it will lead to the development of this platform.

My suggestion for this, is not to count club5050 for steem which is used for charity work and promotion programs. I think it would be good if club5050 could be ignored for the steems obtained for such activities, just like the steems given as prizes for the contests are ignored.

I understand that this is not easy to do. But for this, it can be advised to post a article with all the details including the funds spent from steem transfer and about other activities.
