Keep in mind more and more countries are banned from X and other social mefia. VPN is needed for X and Telegram and it brings along risks. Also Discord removes messages and there's no easy access to many.

Steemit needs a lot of promotion. And currently X and Telegram are very popular for promoting any blockchain or crypto related site. So if we don't use wrong tags and not spamming on X.There is no chance of getting banned ,if everything is done properly. And X is a very good platform for promotion.
It is not about being banned by X but about countries who did ban X and Telegram. This means if you live in such a country you are not allowed to post on X!
Many already mentioned this and it sounds strange to me you don't know this. Next to this fact messages are deleted by governments and platforms because of the restrictions.
This means I can not see everything and most likely you can't either.
So we both see a different truth and part of social media.

It is right that X is banned in some countries. So if they object to us then we will definitely work for them. But no one objected to us. So it was not discussed. If they say then we will take action accordingly.Because you know that all our work is for the Steemit platform.
Our main goal is to promote the platform in any way we can. We really don't want any excuses. If you want we can definitely find a new way thanks.@wakeupkitty🙋♂️
So if a government says it is forbidden to have access you set up people to hack the system and take the risk to be imprissoned, called a therorist to promote Steemit?

Greetings my dear friend @wakeupkitty, you are right but don't consider one thing in our country and there are many countries where different websites are blocked by the government. But those who are intelligent and have general knowledge about technology can access all the social media. I will be happy if I am labeled as a terrorist for using social media accounts or promoting Steemit because I am not doing any such thing.
Of course, you will notice that users in all countries where Twitter is banned continue to post promotions because it is not too harmful and not difficult. I think the promotion of both platforms is good and I think we should promote this on all social media not just Twitter.
Most likely you are lucky and have no bankaccount that can be closed by the government because you express yourself on the internet.
It's great to hear what you think but Steemit started as the opposite of social media and was a place for those who don't like to join those places. I wonder why you force others to promote this way and put them in danger only because you gladly like to be called a terrorist. Isn't it better to decide everyone for him or herself what is safe?
I don't think it's up to us to decide what someone else should do to promote Steemit. To my experience, the messages are hardly read besides of the fact they can be blocked so have only a limited number of viewers. I also cannot see all the posts and it's the same if it comes to google, amazon and so on. Everything is restricted and unless I use the darkweb I only see what I am allowed to see and the same counts for you.
By the way a free VPN is limited and sites still know I use it and I am blocked. If I have to pay for that it's about 80 euros per month. No way I will pay that for a VPN I only need to promote Steemit.
If it comes to promoting can you tell me what exactly I promote? Since we already talk about this from the day Steemit started and no one has the answer yet.
