I give guidelines to this user but no use. Even I have send text to him through discord but he is not responding there too. As his native language is Bangali I tried to instructed him in Bangali. This is all what can I do.
You must be strict with those who do not follow your guidelines. It is your responsibility how to post promotion with proper guidelines.
From next time,i will follow proper rules of Twitter. Thanks friend.
