We usually cashed out back then with just one account or whoever is available because here in the philippines we have high gas fees way back then so to lessen the fees we transfer almost all of our steem when needed to one account. I don't know if that answers this question.

That is the account of our friend, i asked him to withdraw from my account because he is going to cash out which would lessen a bunch of fees coz we need to transfer from another exchanges to another exchanges and to another exchanges for us to cashout here. it lessens multiple fees. sorry to bother your day.
