ETF and Bitcoin - what are the challenges???

People are talking a lot about something called a Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). This is a special way for regular people to invest in Bitcoin, which is a type of digital money. Someone who used to be in charge of rules for financial things thinks this is important.
What's the worry?
The idea of a Bitcoin ETF is interesting because it might help regular people invest in the risky world of cryptocurrency in a safe way that follows the rules.
But there are problems to think about. Some of these problems are making sure the market is fair, keeping the Bitcoin safe, and making sure people who invest are protected. These things are important for a group that makes decisions about money stuff called the SEC.
The person who used to be in charge of the SEC talked about how Bitcoin works. They said it's not like regular money because it doesn't have one big boss. This can make it hard to control and stop bad things from happening, like cheating and fraud. source
Why does this person disagree?
One big problem is keeping the Bitcoin safe. Unlike normal things you can touch, Bitcoin lives in digital pockets on the internet. Making sure these pockets are secure is really tough. The person who used to be in charge of the SEC said we need to make sure the Bitcoin is safe from being stolen or hacked.
Some people who like cryptocurrency think Bitcoin is now grown up and okay for big investors. But the old SEC person says we have to solve these safety and rules problems before we let a Bitcoin ETF happen.
The SEC's job is to make sure people who invest are okay and that markets are fair and work well. That's why they're thinking hard before saying yes.
Conclusion:
A Bitcoin ETF might help people, but there are big problems to solve first. We have to be careful about cheating, keeping Bitcoin safe, and having rules.
