Hi fiends and dear members of #SteemAlliance community,
I'm Jyoti from India, I'm applying for the post of "Community Moderator " and this post is in response to the post Announcement : Moderator recruitment for Steem Alliance Community announce by @rme.

I am certain that I comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and I believe I meet all of the requirements listed in the announcement. Since I've been a consistent member & regular author to this community, I've observed its growth and popularity. As a result, I'd like to join hands with the team behind this great community.

A brief summary of my history on Steemit

I've been active on Steemit since November 2017, when I initially joined, and spend most of my daily time publishing, commenting on other users' posts, and chatting with others on Telegram and Discord. I was able to get to the position of moderator in two of the biggest communities on Steemit, #Steemfoods and #steemindia, via my own perseverance and drive.

I also founded and successfully maintained my own community group called #Steemphotos the year prior. Then, two more CRS from India, came together to form a new community called #Hind Whale with the aim of caring for minnows and taking steps to turn them into whales.

Within a short period of time, we elevated the community with our hard work and won one of Steemit's Best Community Awards. Additionally, the community received an engagement contest season-6 and booming support. I also reached the 4X dolphin level, and I'm working my way up to the 5X dolphin level and, perhaps, the orca level this year.

Curator	As a member of the curator team "PERFECT SEVEN," I worked as a curator at SC04 for four months. In addition to curating well on Community Curator Team-2 for the previous three months, I was chosen to join Community Curator Team-1 for the months of September 2022 and October 2022.

Specialist & professional skills.

I essentially work as a graphic designer who also teaches painting and computer graphics to support my husband's business. I work as a freelance logo designer in my leisure time. I'm proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Microsoft Excel. I hold a master's degree and a certificate in cooperative management.

Furthermore, I have a keen interest in the arts and have picked up a number of skills from reading books over the course of vacations, such as card making, handicraft, and origami.

Since I've done a course in management and am interested in the accounting and finance fields, I trade cryptocurrencies, so I have some experience with those markets.

Conclusion

I hereby affirm that, should the aforementioned application result in my selection to act as the community moderator, I would examine all users and their posts in accordance with the community's guidelines, such as verified user, plagiarism-free post, club status, and quality, among others. I'm certain that I collaborate with the administrators and other moderation to build the community from all angles.
