I'm Jyoti from India, and I'm one of the admins of the #hindwhalecommunity. I'm glad to submit this monthly report, and by doing so, I promise to abide by the #SteemAlliance's rules and regulations. I can assure you that these details will showcase our community's performance for the month.

Our community, which only started six months ago, has experienced quick growth and was selected as the greatest community of the year 2022. Our community now has 844 subscribers, 25 Delegators, 50+ active posters, and 1000+ posts have been created thus far.

Curation

@hindwhale is the designated account for curation within our community. Our current total SP is 20,752.36; and 2,383.53 of that is our own SP, and the remaining +18,368.84 is SP that has been allocated by our members.
The report from CSI is as follows:

Booming Report.

Our hindwhale community has been chosen for Tire-3 Communities and Booming Support, therefore every day we get two booming votes. By choosing the top two posts each day based on quality, consistency, and activity, our admins also abide by the Steemit rules and laws. Every week, we provide a booming repost in datail with links to the chosen posts, along with a daily booming selection report. There is the sample post that we submitted last week Hind Whale Community - Week #12 Report || Booming Support - Tier 3.

Here is an example of one of the top two posts we publish each day for booming selection: Top 2 Posts of the Day for Booming Support from the Hindwhale Community on April 29, 2023 Through this post, our members will learn who has been chosen for growth and promotion, as well as understanding of the importance of posting regularly and of high quality.

Contests.

One of the community moderators, @shravana, organised the Contest || What do you like in Steemit Platform this week to encourage members to write journal posts in the community. The contest is going well, and we hope to have some excellent entries.

Moreover I organizing weekly contests and this is one of the sample post of those contests: HWC Contest #13 POWERUP AND WIN STEEMS WEEK6 for powerup to encourage members to do powerup and increase their steempower and well as put their contribution to our steemit platform.

We regularly announce winners of the contest, here is the sample that our Mod @aaliarubab revealed the results of previous week contest organised in the community: Winner Announcement - Importance of Diary Games on Steemit Platform | 15 Steem Power Reward for Winners - Reward for Non Winners 1 Steem for every entry the winners rewarded as booming vote and steems.

As an admin I organising weekly powerup contets, this mont also i organised 4 contetsts and revealed its winers, and this posts post is the sample for that: HWC Contest #11 - Winner Announcement through this contests we generated alomst 3500+ sp from many participants of steemit

Conclusion.

I've tried to write this report as honestly and accurately as I can in the hopes that the Steem Alliance team will offer our community fantastic help. We are taking good care of our community by creating high-quality, original material that fits with steemit standards. We are requesting additional help from @rme and @hungry-griffin in order to improve our community and promote the growth of our members.
