The community trend zone can be improved with two clear options

Although for a long time the trend zone was being asked to be changed because it was dominated by the Korean community since Justin Sun took the reins, previously speaking of the year 2017 and 2018 the trend zone was dominated by some users who spent enough money in the bid bots to be seen, I think that the success of steemit and the high value of that moment was due to the fact that many investors bought large amounts of steem which they spent on the bots.
Now you can see the different trend area as long as we enter a community but there is another problem is that the communities tend to anchor pinned both in the trend area and in the new publications that expire and are not unpinned and that makes the trend area is not visible to other users and they do not bother to review it.
A few anchor options
Something that can be implemented is that when an admin and owner pin a post it will automatically leave the trend zone when the post expires, but there should be two options to pin a post.
Permanently pinned: This post will be pinned by the community owner and he will decide when it is removed from the trending area.
Temporary anchoring: This publication will only be temporarily anchored until the 7 days are up and after 7 days it will automatically leave the trend zone.
These two options will keep the trend area clean of publications that no longer have to do with the news of the community, for example, a craft contest is held and the winner has already been declared and the prizes have been distributed to all the contestants, so what does one do? posting a pinned contest in the trending area if this contest ended a couple of days ago.
There are simple things that can be done in steemit and this is one of them, I hope a developer sees it and talks about it.
