A judge in the United States could give the green light to Bitcoin EFTs
Hello friends. A US judge could tacitly approve all pending ETFs, bypassing Gary Gensler. This could happen this week.

A CoinTelegraph report indicates that the decision on Bitcoin ETFs could be made this week. The pending ruling in the Grayscale case could affect the race for approval of a Bitcoin spot ETF.
If the judge rules in favor of Grayscale, the SEC would have no choice but to approve all pending ETFs or appeal. A decision on the lawsuit against the Federal Securities regulator filed by Grayscale Investment is also expected.
Speculation indicates that if the approval of the ETFs seems inevitable, it is unlikely that Gary Gensler and the SEC will appeal a favorable decision by the judge in the Grayscale case.
If a judge rules in favor, it would establish case law and pave the way for approval of other pending ETFs.
Otherwise, if there is a negative ruling for Grayscale, there would be no significant impact on Bitcoin. But if the ETFs are approved, this could automatically send the price of Bitcoin through the roof. Now the key question is whether people are already accumulating Bitcoin in the face of these possibilities.
If the ETFs are approved, Gary Gensler would have no choice but to give all other requests a go. This would be beneficial for him, since he could maintain his argument that he did not want to approve the ETFs, but was compelled by the law.
