The ultimate success of the Steemit platform will depend on the knowledge, creativity, skills and experience of its users. The more educated skilled users there are on Steemit, the better the content will be. And you can understand how dependent Steemit's progress is with good content. Therefore, to be a good platform, more and more good users & good content are of immense importance. I have previously shared three recommendations in this community. Today I will talk about an initiative in the fourth proposal that if run successfully, the Steemit platform will get good content by creating good users.

An adult user from any country can open an account on Steemit. But there's no way to be sure if a new user starts an account knowing the basics of Steemit. Although the newcomer community is pushing users forward through a written test on some basic subjects, I think there needs to be more of a schooling type system. It is difficult to verify basic knowledge only through written test. So starting from all the current users and all the new user accounts, everyone should complete the schooling at a certain time and learn the basics and then start working here.

So it should be mandatory for newbies. And existing users should be subjected to step by step schooling. আমার বাংলা ব্লগ (Amar Bangla Blog) community has a project called ABB School where every new user is taught the basic concepts of Steemit blogging and all security related issues through written and oral tests and then they are nominated as bloggers. Besides step by step old users can also be suggested to complete this schooling. Those blogging after the schooling should be seriously curated with separate badges. Basically due to lack of basic knowledge many new users do copyright infringement, plagiarism, spamming etc. A wizard who has completed schooling will have no chance of doing these things.

Basically this kind of schooling system will make a person competent enough to work on Steemit. If you don't know about avoiding spamming, understanding account management issues, key security, etc., a user will never be able to working confidently here, but can damage the platform itself by doing spamming plagiarism etc. So an initiative like ABB School should be on the entire Steemit platform. This schooling program should be continued in batches by forming panels of multilingual lecturers for the people of different languages.

The more classes and the more users can be brought under this program, the better for Steemit because there is no substitute for this school to produce verified and skilled bloggers. So I would urge the steemit development team to introduce a system that includes the basics learning program like schooling that a new user can't start their work on steemit until they acquire the skills or knowledge of the basic steemit subject matters. It will also teach new users to appreciate the importance of Steemit.

This way we can get skilled bloggers and clearly it will bring us good content and of course Steemit will move forward through content development. Thank you.
