Steem growth || Newbies guidline class-04.

Assalamualaikum everyone,
I am Shaikh Enamul Islam from Bangladesh and I am the moderator of Steam for Bangladesh community. Hope everyone is well and healthy by the God's grace . Alhamdulillah I am fine too. This is my 4th class with the newbie and old user of our community. We hold this online class once a week and that is on our community's discord meeting server where I and my respected senior moderator @mostofajaman brother are working together for the growth of user's. This platform needs active users who will contribute to the growth of Steemit and make it popular to the whole world & that's why we're working on that matters.
Working on this platform is difficult for a new user, especially those who are not fully aware of the rules and uses of this decentralization social media platform. Basically, we are organizing this weekly class with those who are new users of Bengali. This week 14 new users joined us today's class they are:

All are active users of our community and their love of the platform has increased their interest in working and learning. And so we are also helping them with our maximum.
This week we start our online classes on Friday at 9:30 pm. As always our main task is to solve all the problems related to the users regarding their posts and related to this platform. We have discussed many things this week. First of all our respected Moderator Mustafazaman Bhai started discussing the problems of the users and in it always the same problems related to using mark down of posts and increasing the value of posts, related to club status, voting power and CSI maintenance.

He also discusses the issues related to delegation and how to delegate easily. Discusses why delegation should be done in a community account and how the user gets the benefits of delegation. Our community honorable moderator Mustafazaman bhai presents all the matters to the users beautifully and gives clear ideas to everyone.
In addition to this, I give users an idea of all the issues related to engagement challenge 9 and the upcoming engagement challenge 10 this week. Who is suitable for this engagement challenge and how important it is and how to participate in the community engagement challenge. Also I have given them idea not to share copyright images from other social media like facebook, instagram, twitter.

Also I informed them & I have launched small project of 50 sp delegation based on 1 month for new users.. In this case I have given some rules for them to get this Sp i.e. who is suitable for it. Hopefully many new users will be interested in this little project of mine. Hopefully this will encourage new users to regularly post, comment and vote on this platform and make them more interested in working. Our main goal is to provide maximum benefits to the users on this platform and that is to make the growth and expansion of this platform.

It's really nice to be able to participate in the weekly meetings where you fellow users come to chat and solve their problems.
