The history of LUNA collapse.

Those who are fairly involved with crypto must have heard about the fall of Luna COIN. Many may want to know the root cause of it. So I will try to explain to you today. Although I do not have the ability to understand so deeply yet, I will try my best to explain ta main cause of LUNA collapse . Many of us probably know that Luna Coin had a stable coin. A stable coin means a coin whose price will always remain the same. It will not go down and it will not go up and Luna has its own stable coin like USDT, BUSD. And that's the whole GAMECHANGER and It's name is USTC .

somedays before the Luna collapse, the USTC suddenly went from $1 to closely 0.70 cents. Then it should be known that it will back to 1$ again after some time. Just like that the USTC went back to $1 after some times later . Since it is a stable coin it means it must go to 1$. But sometimes after passing 1$ USTC unexpectedly started to go down again. Then a panic started among the people. A stable coin going down like that 2 times in 1 day is not a good sign at all. And since then the mystery begins.

The price that has started to decrease, the price is slowly going down and down . Now the main story is that the USTC's oversupply was driving its prices down. Now its supply needs to be stabilized again. This means that USTC will now have to buy in a large amount. Now to buy USTC requires a large amount of dollars and to get that dollars the Luna Coin team slowly sells all the Luna Coins from their reserve . And since they are the founders, you can understand how many Luna coins they had. And also as USTC is falling steadily people are starting to selling their Luna Coin from there reserves also .
