The Evolution of Blockchain: From Bitcoin to Web 3.0
Blockchain technology has since improved dramatically since the inception of Bitcoin, expanding its use and potential usage significantly beyond the world of cryptocurrencies.
The history of blockchain technology will be covered in this essay, with a focus on important developments and major developments from the earliest days of Bitcoin to the constantly changing idea of Web 3.0.

The blockchain journey originated alongside the creation of Bitcoin in 2k09 by an unnamed individual or organizational unit operating underneath the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
Bitcoin introduced the idea of an online digital currency that is decentralized that relies on a blockchain to provide transaction-security, indestructibility, and transparency. This ground-breaking concept did away with the need for a central authority along with made possible transactions between people over a decentralized network.
The success of Bitcoin illustrated blockchain the possibilities of technology and opened up the opportunity for more advancements.
Ethereum, a game-changer in the blockchain industries in 2k15, popularized the premise of contracts with intelligence.
Ethereum offered developers a framework to create decentralized applications (DApps) using smart contracts, or smart contracts in contrast to Bitcoin, which was intended mainly to serve as a digital currency.
These self-executing contracts do not require middlemen because they automatically maintain the terms of an agreement. Because of the platform's programmability and versatility, blockchain technology now has an even broader spectrum of applications, from logistics administration to banking.
Blockchain technology's uses grew separate from banking and commodities as it developed. Blockchain-based technologies has attracted interest from sectors including healthcare, arrangements, and entertainment that want to improve efficiency, security, and transparency.
Blockchain, for for example, can enhance supply chain traceability, guaranteeing the authenticity of goods from construction to delivery. Blockchain technology can protect patient data in the healthcare industry, improving data sharing while preserving anonymity.
These many uses showcase how adaptable blockchain technology is & just how it can be used to solve many different kinds of real-world problems.
Web 3.0, an internet that was decentralized where people have more control over their data & activities on the internet, is the most recent breakthrough in the blockchain's history.
Blockchain technology is used through Web 3.0 for creating an increasingly open as well as user-focused online platform.
Two important aspects of Web 3.0 are non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and this facilitate the creation and ownership of distinct digital assets, and decentralized finance, also called DeFi, which permits peer-to-peer financial transactions without the need for customary intermediates.
The goal of Web 3.0 is to democratize the internet by giving organizations and individual users a greater influence over centralized organizations.

Blockchain technology and web 3 are great approaches for the future. It disappoints me that the Pakistani government is not taking any serious steps in this regard, despite knowing that this is the future now.
