High performing users week #1:

User 1: 14 Post, 80 Comment, 150 Votes given, SP Growth: 15%.

User 2: 12 Post, 81 Comment, 120 Votes given, SP Growth: 12%.

I think that with a tool you can take this general information of each user, take at least 2 moderators for this activity to encourage users to give an extra in their interaction on the platform.
