What are technical indicators?

Friends in the context of crypto currencies the technical analysis are very important tools which are used to analyze the crypto market. These indicators are very useful in analyzing the price movements of different crypto currencies, trading volumes and investment strategies of crypto currencies. More ever the technical indicators are also very helpful to understand the market trends and with the help of them the traders can make a decision of investing in crypto currencies.

The technical indicators are composed of different mathematical equations, historical data and other market trends which can be easily understandable for every trader. There are different types of technical indicators which are used to analyze the crypto market. Let's discuss about some famous technical indicators which are used by several investors or crypto traders.

Yes there are many useful indicators available which provides us all sorts of information and analysis about our desired crypto currencies. And their use is also quite simple you just have to apply them on their desired crypto currency chart and see the results. let's have a look at some famous technical indicators.

1. Bollinger Bands;

• The Bollinger bands indicator is used to determine the market volatility and the potential increase or decrease in the prices of different crypto currencies. This indicator is composed of two or three lines to indicate the trends of different crypto currencies.

• The moving average is another useful indicators which tell us about the price data of different crypto currencies. It makes the prices data more smooth and make it more easier to understand the trends.
