I saw my idea about 3% a year has taken off and the Sam Diego @publicbanksd passed laws to start Printing $100 Million DOllars a year in what i believe will become a real estate tax backed debt cycle that will allow us to build more and more real estate developments, allow more people with high income o move in, get taxes, fund more developments , build solar panels, mine BTC, get taxes, build more luxury housing developments, lower taxes, attract more wealthy people to tax lightly but vastly, vast tracts of wealthy sustainable solar mansions across the desert bringing in San Diego city revenue like sim city on God Mode. And don't get me started on how much the COUNTY will make with SAND and the SAND EX SAND DAC SAND EX exchange for BTC and FIat Trading built into our local Public Bank with debit cards, working at all ATMs and having a USD stablecoin EOSDT style system for earning interest on saving your money that will be around 5-6% a year. When we start this system and have it battle tested, we will end up with the first city wide ICO accepting all major crypto payments to own a piece of the city and get payments back in crypto dividends.
