Dear Steemian fans, we all know that the fifth week of the 27th session of the Estimate Challenge is underway, one of the challenges of this session is to become a successful YouTuber, this challenge was created by ‌@walctd, he is very nicely helping us to become successful YouTubers, he has titled his competition SLC27/W5 | YouTube Analytics & Consistency Strategy

Task 1- Channel Analysis

First of all, I entered my LifeLens by Mahmud YouTube channel, and from there I entered the https://studio.youtube.com site and saw the details of my YouTube channel, my YouTube channel is new and I have just uploaded three videos to this channel, due to which I have not been able to manage my YouTube channel perfectly yet, you will understand that if you look at the analysis on my YouTube channel.

Summary: I upload various lifestyle, vlog, pictures and videos of different natural countries, and some beautiful moments on my YouTube channel, I have only one subscriber on my YouTube channel, and my YouTube channel has had 33 views so far, and the watch time has been 0.3, which is very low for me.

Content: I have noticed here that good content gets more views, because my first two videos got more views, although the third video was a little short but its quality was not good so it got less views, if we can create good content then the audience will keep watching our video and our views will continue to increase.

Viewers: Both boys and girls have watched my videos, decades have watched my videos more on mobile phones, 71.9% of the viewers watched the videos on mobile phones and 28.1% watched them on computers, to get more engagement on the video, you must give a beautiful and attractive title and use the right tags in the videos.

Watch time: Currently, my videos are getting less views, I hope that when I fully manage my YouTube channel, I will get a lot more views, because I will always try to create beautiful content, once the viewer starts the video, they will try to watch it completely, when they watch the entire video, my views will increase.

Task 2 - Next Content Plan

I have planned the content for my new YouTube channel, in the next plan, I will create three videos, and I will try to create these three videos of mine very beautifully, and while creating the video, I will definitely take care of all the aspects of creating videos seriously.

I will use copyright free music inside the video to make my video interesting, and I will use attractive and beautiful thumbnails for my video, I will give a beautiful title to my video to attract viewers, I will use subtitles in the video so that people from all countries can understand my video, I will set some interesting emojis in the video so that the viewers do not feel bored while watching my video.

Cultivating rice in the village's cropland,	Showing the natural scenery of the village.	My goal is to show the audience that the farmers of the village work hard to cultivate crops, when they work hard to cultivate crops, the cropland takes on a beautiful view, this is what I want to show.
The beautiful moments of fishermen fishing in the Jamunal River.	The beautiful view of the Jamuna River and the life of fishermen.	There is the Jamuna River next to our house, fishermen catch fish in this river by boat, trying to show the beautiful view of the river and the life of fishermen.
The weekly market of the village people and their lifestyle	Reviewing the Ratankandi market every Wednesday of the week.	Every Wednesday of the week, a huge market is held in the village of Rachanakandi in our area, various types of traders work hard in this market, mentioning the natural scenery of the market and the life of traders.

Task 3 - Inspiration from successful YouTubers.

Thoughts of Billal, I first took inspiration from this YouTube channel, the name of the owner of this YouTube channel is Bilal, many people are now taking this Belal brother as an inspiration, he attracts people with very beautiful rhythms in his videos, and he helps many people, I got inspiration from his YouTube channel to create good content, the words he says in his videos are said in very clear language, I also get inspired by watching his videos and will try to make videos clearly, and of course I will come forward to help helpless people.

MR SR, I secondly took inspiration from this YouTube channel, although the owner of this YouTube channel is from India, but I like his videos very much, Sita uses beautiful thumbnails in her videos, she uses beautiful and attractive background music in her videos, and she does some interesting things in the videos that the viewers like to watch, and she presents her videos in a very interesting and fun way.

Bismillah Agro, I will take inspiration from this YouTube channel number three, it is an agricultural-based YouTube channel, the YouTube channel shows various aspects of agricultural work, the owner of this YouTube has become successful on YouTube by doing farming and sharing agricultural work with people, he highlights the work of farmers in various crops in a rural environment and the lives of farmers, and he himself is very experienced in agriculture, the scenes of farming in a rural environment attract viewers a lot, that's why I took inspiration from the video.
