Each area has its own traditional food. And I have my own taste of the traditional food of the area, which is known throughout the region. These are just some of the traditional foods in my area that I will share with you all in the coming days. Soji wala halwa, Desi kutwa, traditional digi kutwa, chicken dai kuri, halva and dodi milk halva.
All of the names I have mentioned above are traditional foods from my area.
But today I will share with you the taste of traditional Degi katwa. Hope you all enjoy my traditional food today.


Why is this food popular?

Here I would like to tell you why this Degi traditional Katwa is so popular. This is because in the old days, people in our area used to make different dishes from beef and buffalo meat in earthenware pots for weddings and other happy occasions.

Dishes made from beef and buffalo meat were made in our area only in earthenware.
And the vessels that were made of clay were called katwa.
For this reason, the word katwa came to be used with the names of these foods. The food was cooked at weddings and other happy occasions. So today is the name of my recipe.
"Diggi Katwa"
This is a very popular traditional food in our area. Which people make at weddings and all kinds of celebrations.


How much should we pay to eat this traditional dish at the restaurant?

If I talk about the price of this food, the price of this food is different in different hotels.
The reasons are different. The biggest reason is the type of meat.
If the cut is made from beef or buffalo meat, the price is different. The price of goat, goat, deer or native chicken meat is different.
Thus goat meat cut is the most expensive.

The hotel in our area is amazing. And the people in my gown love this traditional hotel meal.


What is the most delicious restaurant in your country that prepares this traditional dish?

"Haran Parshan" is restaurant name. It is very much famous hotel in my area for this food and my area people visit this restaurant to eat this delicious food.

Different ingredients are needed to make this food. And I've tried to make this recipe a little simpler and then share it with you.

    I bought beef and you can have any meat you like.

اجزاء

اس کھانے کو بنانے کے لیے مختلف اجزاء کی ضرورت پڑتی ہے۔ اور میں کوشش کی ہے کہ میں یہ ترکیب کسی طرح سادہ سی پوچھوں اور پھر اسکو آپ کے ساتھ شئیر کروں۔

  • گوشت
    میں نے گائے کا گوشت لیا تھا اور آپ اپنی پسند سے کوئی بھی گوشت لے سکتے ہیں۔
  • تیل کسی اچھی کمپنی کا
  • پانی
  • نمک
    گرم مصالحہ
  • سرخ مرچ
  • کٹوا میں استعمال ہونے والا مصالحہ
  • ادرک
  • لہسن
  • ٹماٹر
  • پیاز

the method of preparation

I made this dish Gagi katwa with an expert chef. But two or three pictures have been deleted from me which I am very sorry about. But I hope you like these pictures too.

  • First chop the onion and tomato.
  • Then put clean water on the fire in a pot to heat
  • Put onion and meat in hot water and add all the spices at the same time.
  • Water and meat formula
    Some say that if a cow has any meat, then put two liters of water in a thousand grams of meat.
    Thus, when three quarters of water is left, add tomato, ginger and coriander.
    Let it dry well.
    Now the delicious Katwa is ready to eat.

Dear we love tove eat it with wheat bread and it is one the famous traditional food in my village .i already mentioned it. But it is dagi kutwa .

بنانے کا طریقہ

میں یہ کھانا ایک ماہر شیف کے ساتھ مل کر بنایا ہے۔ لیکن دو تین تصاویر مجھ سے ڈیلیٹ ہوگئی ہیں جن کا مجھے بہت آفسوس ہے۔ لیکن امید ہے آپ کو یہ تصاویر بھی پسند آہینگی۔

  • سب سے پہلے پیاز اور ٹماٹر کو کاٹ لین۔
  • پھر صاف پانی گرم کرنے کے لیے دیگ کے برتن میں آگ پر رکھ دین
  • گرم پانی کے اندر پیاز اور گوشت کو ڈال دین اور اسکے ساتھ ہی واقفے واقفے سے تمام مصالحے ڈالتے جاہیں۔
  • پانی اور گوشت کا فارمولہ
    کچھ اسطرح ہے کہ اگر گائے کس گوشت ہے تو ہزار گرام گوشت کے اندر دو لیٹر پانی ڈالیں۔
    اسطرح جب پانی تین چھوتھائی بچ جائے تو ٹماٹر ادرک اور دھنیا ڈال دین۔
    اسطرح اچھی طرح اسکو خشک ہونے دین۔
    اب لعزیز اور مزے دار کٹوا کھانے کے لیے تیار ہے۔
