Isi Ewu is prepared with goat head, with thick Palm oil souce mixed with Utazi leaves, most person like preparing there Isi Ewu with fresh Utazi but in my own case I prefer using the dry Utazi in preparing my Isi Ewu.

The reason why Isi Ewu is my favorite traditional dessert is because it is very delicious and spicy.

You can get Isi Ewu one plate at the restaurant for 500 naira, but if you want to prepare it yourself you need 2000 That is 10 steem.
