How to prepare a common Nigerian meal (rice & stew)

The rice and stew mixture is a very common delicacy here in my country, and it's being served in almost any restaurant.

Now to start of with preparing the meal we make make sure all the ingredients are complete and sufficient.

List of ingredients

Rice and beans
Tomato
Pepper
Seasoning cube
Onion
Garlic
Oil (palm oil)
Salt Respectively
now to prepare the stew using the following ingredients the step are to be followed

dice and slice all the vegetables
pour in the oil in a pot and allow to fry for at least 30 seconds

place the vegetables in the oil stare for a minute or two and them close the pot
after five minutes of steaming add your seasoning cube to enhance taste of your meal.
after doing all this u allow meal to boil for another 5 minutes
check when ready and drop .
finally your stew is ready .

now the rice and bean which will be used to eat the stew (the time consuming part)

Few easy steps on how to get your rice and ready in just few minutes

Rince before you per-boil
Use potassium to enhance softening of the bean
Allow to boil for 15 minutes
Rince again to remove excess starch
Put the rice and bean back in the pot and place on the stove
Add salt (in tiny drops)
Allow to boil again for 10 minutes
When the rice is ready there won't be any water left in the pot
Your rice ,bean and stew are now ready for consumption.

Place the rice and bean in a plate and pour the stew to your desire on the rice and bean
mix and eat
