How to make moi-moi// #beanspudding// written by Winnie jay

Good day to all steemates today am showing everyone a video on how to prepare moi-moi (beans pudding)
Firstly I would say the ingredients and break down the steps
Ingredients;
Beans
Salt
Water
Maggi seasoning/any seasoning of your choice
Red pepper/Chilli 🌶🌶
Onions
Groundnut oil
Cray fish/Bala
Egg/fish/meat (any additional protein of your choice)

Step 1;
Pick your beans and wash them neatly

Step 2;
Cut your onions and grind your beans together with your red pepper and chilli 🌶

Step 3;
Pour in a pot and mix them together
After this
Put your groundout oil, and stir,put in your seasoning, add your cray fish and Bala, then mix

Step 4;
Add any extra protein food like your Egg, Fish and Meat 🥩

Step 5;
Add your water(hot/cold) to soften the grinned substances, then stir gently.
Step 6
Put in any material that can be used as reserve to store your food into eg; plate, nylon, local leaf (Etere) and the rest of them.
Then put in a pot of water to boil the food, monitor your food for some minutes and then your food would be ready to be digested😋😋
Note;
Your boiling depends on your cooking appliance
There is no official time for boiling the food, just keep cross checking your food till it’s done ✅

Wow thats so cool of you sharing. The steps are just so easy to understand. Am sure the food is so yummy but really wanted to se the texture at the end. @winniejay please hope next time you will untie one, for us to feet our eyes.
