Mince-Filled Buns.
Hello everyone who loves to eat,
I am here again after a long time. I've been incredibly busy for the last 10 days. I miss the Steemit platform and you guys. That's why I wanted to celebrate my transformation by sharing a deliciously delicious buns recipe. If the technology improves, I will give you some of the buns I made, but we may need a little more time for this. 😊
Now I will tell you how to make a buns filled with mince. Of course, we will see together the adventure of the dough and how it goes through. Then I am sharing the perfect recipe with you without waiting.
For the buns, we need to make a soft dough first. For this, we should mix the following materials by placing them in an empty container.
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 glass of warm water
- 1 packet of instant yeast
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 7 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of salt
For the interior material;
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
To spread on the buns.
- Egg yolk
- Liquid oil
If we want the bun we will make to be soft, we must make a good dough. For this, we add the above-mentioned materials to our empty container. Then we knead the dough until the dough has a good consistency.
As you can see in the photo below, the dough has a consistency that does not stick to the hand. It shouldn't be too runny or too solid.
Cover the dough with cling film. Then we can put the cover on it. In this way, our dough will ferment and swell better.
You should keep the dough in this way for about 1.5 hours for it to ferment. After this waiting, you will see that the dough has swelled as in the photo below.
During this waiting period, you can prepare the filling for your bun. Above, I shared the materials used in preparing the interior material with you.
I tried to make a total of 20 mince-filled buns from this dough. When the dough and stuffing are ready, it remains to combine.
After dividing your dough, arrange it well on the tray. In the tray, the dough should rest again so that they will be soft. We let it rest in the tray for 45 minutes.
After resting for 45 minutes, you will see how much the dough has risen in the tray. Then we spread the egg yolk and oil mixture on the buns without pressing them.
We put the tray in the oven. We set the oven temperature to 185 degrees. It takes about 20 minutes in the oven. After it comes out of the oven, all that is left is to eat it with pleasure.
