Prawn biryani
Take the biryani masala and mix it with the yogurt and leave it aside.
Then chop the onions and fry them until their colour change to brown.

Now turn off the flame and on the frying pan or in any pot you can fry the prawns.
Add ginger garlic paste
Mix it well and turn off the flame.
Note: if you don't get them properly, it would leave a bad smell and your whole dish can be ruined by this step, so it's better to fry them well until the smell disappears.

Now mix all the spices and herbs that I mentioned in the ingredients table in the onion mixture including the yogurt with biryani masala green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt according to the taste you want. I wanted a spicy dish, that's why you are seeing a red mixture full of spices.

Now after cooking prawns in that mixture. Set aside it.
Boil the rice 75% not completely.
Now its time for the dam ( dam means to cover a partially cooked dish tightly and let it finish cooking on low heat), for this you need to add the oil from that mixture and then put the rice in it and then prawns mixture, then rice and mixture again. You have to make the layers of these two things.
Now cover the pot and the flame must be low and wait for 15-20 minutes.
