Once everything is prepared, you can now start cooking the dish.

STEPS:

178133885_971631610243723_5997320828073740160_n.jpg
1. The first thing you need to do is to stir-fry garlics and onions. The desired color of onions is golden brown.

2. Once the golden brown color of onion is attained, you can now add the 1/4 kilo of pork. (I apologize for the blurry photo😂)

7. While waiting for it to boil, add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce to the sotanghon. (Blurry again 😂)

8. When it boils, add the canton by breaking it apart so that it will not be too long. Also, add the sotanghon and the cabbage.

9. Lastly, use another ladle or spatula to easily mix everything. After mixing it, wait for the canton to be cooked.

After being transferred to another container, garnish the Pancit (Bam-i) with spring onions to make it even more aesthetic.

And here is the finished product!!
