I am very nervous and happy at the same time. It is actually my first time posting here and also my first time participating in a contest. I am a food lover and I feel participating here will help improve my knowledge and cooking skills. Thank you very much @steemitfoods and @alikoc07 for this great platform. I am very greatful.

I prepared Tomatoes omelette. It is my favorite because of its nutritional content. Omelette is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs 🥚
• fresh tomatoes 🍅
• butter 🧈
• black pepper 🌶
• green pepper 🫑
• onions 🧅
• cheese 🧀
• pinch of salt 🧂
• curry 🍛

Preparation

I washed all the ingredients and diced them

I placed a dry pan on fire, with low heat

I added butter to the pan and allowed it to melt.

I added my onions, fresh tomatoes and green pepper

I stirred, added seasoning, salt, black pepper and curry. Allowed it to cook for a while, then I added it into the broken egg and stirred properly.

I placed a dry pan on fire, added butter, after it melted I added my mixture. Check it below.

I added my cheese, flipped it over and allowed it to cook for a while with low heat, then I served.

I designed it.
Omelette is ready 😋😋😋😋😋

It can be served with bread, coffee or tea.
