Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing what I have been craving for a long time. Cheesecake Flans are you typical small cups of cheesecake but with flan on top. The the cheesecake and the flan are both creamy and the tanginess of the cheesecake really cuts out the sweetness of the flan. The graham really gives another layer of texture and the perfect balance to the flan and cheesecake. The bitterness from the caramel in the flan also adds a depth of flavor.
