Nestle golden morn is made from maize and millet.it is nutritious and delicious and it is made locally source from whole grain s.it contains about 50% of whole grains in each pack it contains essential nutrient like vitamin A and also iron .
Nestle golden morn is good for health because it provides the body with the following
it gives energy that is needed to start up our body.
it provides the the body with iron which help in the formulation of the red blood cells and also transfer oxygen to the cells.
it also gives our body calcium which helps our teeth and bones to be strong.
the most essential part is that it's gives us protein in order for us to grow and maintain our body.
it is a dietary fibre which helps to maintain our healthy digestive system.

milo is a long known energy beverage strongly associated with sports & good health it's has essential vitamins and minerals such as calcium for the formulation of strong teeth and bones also iron to help carry oxygen to the body's cells,it is a chocolate and malt powder.

The Preparation of golden morn and Milo
For a good taste and nourishable meal this is how I prepare my golden morn
- I boiled the water
- I scoop 6-8 table spoons of golden morn into a bowl and add warm water and stir it then I add Nestle Milo to give it a tasty meal.
