Powdered Milk and Chocolate Roulade - 18/04/2021
Today's recipe includes the following ingredients:
Dough:
3 and 1/2 cup of powdered milk
1 condensed milk (395g)
Filling:
1 spoon of butter
3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
1 condensed milk (395g)
50 ml of milk
Chocolate cover:
1 bar of melted milk chocolate (90g)
Sour cream (150g)
Melt the butter
Add the condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate and 50 ml of milk. Mix well
When it starts to loosen from the bottom of the pan, turn off and set aside
In a large bowl add 3 and a half cups of powdered milk
Add condensed milk little by little and stir
If necessary add more powdered milk until it has a firm consistency, and knead with your hands
Place plastic film on a surface to handle the dough
Butter your hands and knead well
Place the plastic film on top of the dough after you have finished handling it with your hand, to pass it with the roller
Roll out the dough so that it is rectangular in shape as in the image
Once opened, remove the plastic film from the top and spread the filling, avoiding the proximity of the edges
Roll the dough, holding the plastic film and as you roll it, remove it as shown in the video below
Still wrapped in plastic film, set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, remove the film paper
For the Chocolate cover, melt a milk chocolate bar along with the cream in the water bath
Mix well and after the chocolate melts, turn off the heat
Take a bag and make a small hole and pour the melted chocolate inside
Apply over the roulade
Then remove the edges
