Ingredientes:
- Avena
- 2 huevos
- 1 cambur
- Miel
Ingredients:
- Oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- Honey
Preparación
Primer Paso:
Lo primero que haremos es verter la avena, huevos, miel y cambur en la licuadora, lo dejamos batir de 3 a 5 minutos hasta que se haga una mezcla homogénea bastante espesa, si queda muy espesa podemos colocarle un poco de agua
First Step:
The first thing we will do is pour the oats, eggs, honey and banana into the blender, we let it beat for 3 to 5 minutes until a fairly thick homogeneous mixture is made, if it is too thick we can add a little water
Segundo Paso:
Calentamos el sarten donde haremos nuestra panqueca y le untamos un poco de aceite de oliva para que no se pegue la mezcla en el sarten. Luego vertemos la mezcla en el sarten y la dejamos cocinar 3 minutos, la volteamos y la dejamos otros 3 minutos por el otro lado y ya estarán listas las deliciosas panquecas!!!!
Second Step:
We heat the pan where we will make our pancake and spread a little olive oil so that the mixture does not stick in the pan. Then we pour the mixture into the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes, turn it over and leave it another 3 minutes on the other side and the delicious pancakes will be ready !!!!
Le puedes colocar un poco de miel o el sirope de tu preferencia!! / You can add a little honey or the syrup of your choice
