So let's take a look to our key ingredients and steps to cooking....so here we go...
ingredients
All ingredients in one frame

@ Masala (salt, Red chilli powder , turmeric powder, chaap masala, butter)
@ ( Onion Tomatoes Garlic green chilli )

Steps of cooking
Wash the chaap properly so that no impurities and dust stay on it. And how take the stick out and cut chaap into small round pieces.
Now take a pan and add oil in it. Let the oil in the pan get Cooked then fry the chaap till it become light brown in texture.
After frying chaap take them out and put them on a tissue so that oil start releasing out from chaap and also start cooling. Till then we will work on onion tomato paste.
Take a mixture add onion tomato garlic and green chilli in it. Add 1/2 cup of water and grind it till it become a thick paste .
Now take a bowl add chaap in it , after that add butter in it. Finally add curd and red food colour in it. For getting new texture and taste.
Mix the chaap properly so that every chaap gets flavour of butter curd and colour.
Now in the same pan reduce the oil and after oil gets cooked add onion tomato paste in it. And cook this paste till the paste start releasing oil from it.
