OGBONO.
What is called OGBONO is the seed of a wild kind of mango colloquially called "Bush mango" it's scientific name is irvingia gabonensis this is what it looks like

Preparing OGBONO SOUP
✓ grind The quantity you want to use
✓buy fish or meat and crayfish
✓buy OHA leave or ugu leave then Wash they meat steem it by putting maggi and small water depends on the meat size steemean it is for the meat to have taste then leave the meat to done so it can be soft. then after the meat is soft then bring it down put it into another pot then bring grinded OGBONO and turn it inside a plate and pour palm oil it and turn it with spoon till it's break into pieces. then put back the pot of the meat back on fire and pour water onto the pot depends on the quantity of the OGBONO you are cooking.then leave it to boil then pour the OGBONO you are turning into the pot then cover it.
After that wash the vegetable and cut it. then put it inside the soup and then leave it for like 45 minutes then it's ready for consumption.
