I hope u all r well during this quarantine.
So guys during this quarantine I suggest u that you should not take food from outside. If you feel like having something then you can prepare at your home.

So guys today I'm starting with my favorite aalu parathe . It is my first post and just tell me guy's how is it? Hope u like too much.

let's see what need to make aalu parathe.

2 potatoes

2 Green chillis

2 onions

Coriander

Spices according to taste

Salt according to taste

Two cup dough

first step

First of all I boiled potatoes and mash up potatoes and add the chopped onion, coriander, chillies and add spices and salt and mix it well.

second step

Then i kneed the dough well.

third step

I on the gas and kept griddle on gas and I made eight rounds and then i waffled Bell

Fourth step

Then i kept bell over the griddle.

Parathe is ready to eat we can take this by catch up.
