Share with You a Healthy and tasty small cakes

I'll start with the Cooking Recipe. All you need is 1kg of cottage cheese (which we get from a relative who still has a wonderful cow at home), 100mg of coconut flour, 100mg of popcorn and a little semolina, 2 eggs of chicken and a little sour cream, preferably as liquid as possible, I added a little baking powder and raisins, mixing everything I put a little salt (to taste of course). The consistency of the dough is made by everyone according to their wishes. Initially we thought of spreading the dough in the tray, to make a big cake. We changed our minds and made more cakes.
The shape you want to give to the cakes remains at your discretion. The most important thing is that I do not use wheat flour in my diet, so we tried to use a mixture of flour and it really worked out.
When the cakes were ready to be put in the oven, we decided to press them with some seeds.
I used sesame seeds and flax seeds. Both are very tasty and very healthy in food, especially after being treated a little after their taste feels very good.
The oven was preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees. The cakes were put in when the oven reached this temperature. They were held there for 20 minutes. After that I turned on the fan to give them a little facade of the cakes.You see the end for yourself. I leave it to you to judge and try this recipe. All it takes is the desire and time to prepare.
