Actually this is a typical African and Cameroonian dish I will be taking you all on. This meal originates from the French speaking region of Cameroon and is popularly called pilleé and is so loved by everyone in the country. Today I made a dish of pilleé so let's see how I did it

- Select it removing bad ones, stoned and other unwanted items in the beans
- Wash, put in a want pot, add water and boil to be really tender for about 1 hour 20 minutes
- Remove and drain out the water
- Slice tomato and onion and keep
- Peel ginger and garlic, ground and keep.
Ground ginger and garlic
- Put the palm oil in a clean pot to hear for some time without bleaching.
- Fry the tomato and onion for about 5 minutes
