HAVING A BALANCED DIET OF EGUSI SOUP AND FRIED IRISH POTATO
Hello dear friends today I will be sharing with you a simple meal which is good for your health. This is one of my favorite meal as it is easy to prepare and very delicious too. Let's see how it's done
fried Irish potato and egusi soup
INGREDIENTS
• Irish potatoes
•Groundnut oil
•Egusi
•Green spices
• Fish
• Onion
Tomato
Maggi and salt
PROCEDURE
IRISH POTATO
• Peel potato and wash
• Slice in to smaller fragments (according to your taste)
• Put oil in a clean pot and fry the potato to a golden color.
EGUSI SOUP
• Spice the fish with maggi and salt. Fry the fish using groundnut oil.
• Wash tomato, onion and green spices and slice
• Ground egusi, add water and keep
• Peel ginger and garlic and ground
• Put oil in a pot, add sliced onion and tomato and fry
• Add the egusi paste the oil and fry for about 8 minutes
• Add in the ground ginger and garlic and add two cups of water and allow to steem for 5 minutes
• Finally add sliced green spices, maggi and salt. Allow to steam for 5 minutes before removing.
Now the meal is ready serve while hot and eat. Bonne appetit.
