SteemFoods Contest - 18 - | Make an Interesting Recipe Video! & Power Up || Homemade Jillapi recipe || by @tasonya || 💯 % power up.
Hello friends,
How are you all? Hope you are well. I pray that everyone stays well and healthy. I made jellies at home. I like to make any food at home. So sometimes I make all these recipes myself. I have shared this jelly recipe with you today. Hope you all like it.
Below is my jellapi recipe video:
Here's how to make one:
Ingredients:
• Flour -1cup
• Baking powder- 1 tablespoon
• Baking soda - 1 tablespoon
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Salt - Quantitatively
• Oil -Quantitatively
How to make:
First I took the flour in a bowl. Then I gave the ingredients with baking powder, baking soda, salt. Then I mixed them well with flour. Then I will pour a little bit of normal water and mix it well to make a batter.
Then I will take a polythene with a light cut in the corner. Then I will take Better Dale made in the meantime. I will pour all the batter and tie it on top.
Then I put sugar in a pan. I gave half a cup of water. Then I put it in the oven. I will stay in the oven for a while. I'll wait until it warms up. After stirring for a while, when the sugar syrup is ready, I will take it down from the oven.
Then I will put a pan in the oven. In the meantime I gave it with oil. Wait until the oil is hot.
Once the oil is hot, I will hold the batter inside the plastic, press it with my hands, turn it around and release it like jelly. In this way I will give a few.
Then I will turn it light red and actually invert it. It will take some time to actually fry it down.
I will put the hot jellies in the sugar syrup. I will leave it on the net and pick it up after a while.
Then this Jillapi will be made.

Wow!! Jillapi!!! It is really a new name for me as we call it jalebi! Also, it is my favourite dessert. We make it by fermenting the batter overnight instead of using baking powder.
Nice recipe.
