Semolina Halva Recipe | With Ice Cream Filled

Hello, it took a long time, I did not post in this community. I will share my halva recipe with you today. It is a light and frequently made dessert during Ramadan. We love family. Let's move on to the recipe.

Number of People; 5 person

Preparation Time; 20 minutes

Cooking time ; 25 minutes

Materials

For halva:

300 g margarine or butter

1.5 glasses of water

1.5 cups semolina

1.5 glasses of water

1.5 cups granulated sugar

For service:

Put in ice cream

Fabrication ;

• Melt the butter in the pan. If you are going to use peanuts or walnuts, fry them in butter.

• Then add semolina into the melted butter.

• Meanwhile, stir the milk, water and sugar in a saucepan to bring it to a boil.

• Continue roasting the semolina. This process may take about 10-15 minutes. Fry until dark in color.

Footnote; Fry until the frothing is gone. There will be grain.

• Slowly add the milk to the semolina, which is ESmer, and mix it. Watch out for splashes.

• This way it will turn dark . Don't be afraid of it being a little fluid. It will have full consistency.
Turn off the stove to rest.

• Put stretch film in the container you want to shape. Put the halva in a round shape. And add ice cream in it. Halva should not be too hot. To keep ice cream cold.

• Then add semolina halva to ice cream again. and tighten the stretch film in this way. In this way, it will not be divided when it is put on the plate.
