Hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. Today I'm going to be a part of this wonderful contest #31 organized by @steemitfoods "Prepare A Delicious Recipe with Nestle Brand Products". I wanted to make cake for contest but now days I'm too much busy. So I'm sharing coffee mousse with you.

First of all I will share the nestle products that I bought and

Nestle Milk pak price is 160pkr /kg
Nestle milk pak cream is 130pkr/200g
Nestle neacafe sachet is 20 pkr /sachet
Here I'm using nestle milk pak dairy cream for this recipe you can use milk pak whipped cream too.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredient	quantity
Cream	200g
Milk	1/4cup
Coffee	2tbsp
Sugar	2tbsp +6tbsp
Biscuits crumbs	8-10tsp
Wafers	for topping

PROCEDURE

• Take 200g cream in a bowl and beat it until it thicker.
• Add sugar in milk and stir until it mix well.
• Add it to cream and beat it.

• Take 2tbsp of coffee and 2tbsp of sugar and 2tbsp water.
• Mixed it and then beat it until it becomes thicker.

• Now mixed whipped cream half or less it's your choice to the coffee mixture and just fold it to mixed well.

• Crushed Biscuits well in plastic locked bags.

*Now last step is assembling a of all layers one by one in serving glass . It's all about your creativity. Do as you want.

• put crushed biscuit layer in a glass. Then some whipped cream then crushed biscuit layer than coffee cream layer.
• Decorate it with crushed Biscuits and wafers.

• keep it in freezer for 20min and served it cool.

Yummy Coffee cream mousse is ready to served. Hope you like it.
