Hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. Today I'm again to take part in this Intrusting contest "promote your favorite supermarket" organized by #steemfoods. Now we all will visit different supermarket at different places through this contest. It would be great fun for everyone. I like promotion contest because everyone shares their experience to support the project. Let's move to the contest.
I'm promoting "IMTIAZ SUPERMARKET" for this contest. It is most popular supermarket in my area. There are many franchises of this super market not in my city but other cities of Pakistan. It's was started as small store at bahader-abad in 1955. Now it has 16 branches in different cities of Pakistan.
Why do I like imtiaz supermarket?
There are many reasons to like this supermarket.
- You can purchase most of house hold items, groceries, meat, frozen foods, vegetables, fruits, medicine, shoes, clothing, beauty products, make up, jewelry, watches, mobile and their accessories under one roof in safety environment.
- They are selling groceries at wholesale prices.
- Not only less prices, the quality of goods are best and if you get any complaints they exchange their products /return your money.
- Their pharmacy offers 12%discounts on all Medicens, which is biggest offer.
- If you take home appliances from their they offer price of factory outlet with warnty.

In karachi 8 branches are there but Gulshan-e-Iqbal branches is near my house on walls, so I used to buy groceries once a week from their.
Exterior of imtiaz super market
This store is situated at main and busy Rashid menhas road gulshan e iqbal. Out side store is always overcrowded by people. On right side of store they have car parking area while bikes are park at left side. This store is built up in saima villas. You can see the crowd of people in most of the pictures that I taken to show you imtiaz supermarket.
Due to overcrowded people there is a big problem of parking as they don't have parking according to the crowd .

It comprises of three floors i.e basement, ground floor, upper floor. This imtiaz franchise is biggest among all 16 franchisees.
Basement
There is an escalator to go down to basement or take up to grand floor. I'm showing Some pictures that show the basement as well as crowds
At basement there are many separate sections for groceries, crockery, home appliances, mobile accessories, toys etc. Each section has more than 2or 3 sellers are appointed to help buyers. Due to crowds many products sell at once so many loaders are working all the time and took goods from godam to the respective sections. Many sellers and loaders are always ready to help their customers.

Ground floor
At ground floor beside entrance gate there is a customer's care department, which deals with problems of customers, here the place where you can exchange any product having any demaged or issues. You can also complaint for their staff etc. Announcements of any lost and find can also be done here.
This floor has more than 30 cash counters to deal their customers. It had a pharmacy section where almost Medicens are available at 12%discount. This floor has bakery, meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits and frozen foods section.

Upper floor
At upper floor you can buy beauty products, makeup of different brands, jewelry, hair bands, clothing for men women and kids, undergarments, watches, shoes, scarf etc. Alot of variety of products are available under one roof with quality. A good range of beauty products are available at discounted prices. Sell girls also advice which product will suit your skin etc. All staff of imtiaz store is polite and helpful.

After shopping customer make queue at cash counter. When I did shopping yesterday, my turn came after half an hour
They also give points if we purchase with imtiaz loyalty card. These points stored in your card account and by these points we can get discounts on our shipping bill.
